I have just spent the last 15 hours visiting my garage, marveling at the fact there is now a car in it with everything else stored and accessible.  Two days ago not only was there no car in the garage, but walking space was minimal. I had to turn sideways to walk through.

Hiring Garage Specialists was one of the smartest moves I have ever made.  Jonathan and staff were absolutely wonderful.  As the English would say, he was “Spot On” with his estimate and how much time it would take.  They were all easy to work with, energetic, thorough, trustworthy, pleasant, exacting, and every other adjective you can think of to describe great people and a great experience. 

After taking everything (except the refrigerator, washer and dryer) out of the garage, it was thoroughly cleaned.  Everything was divided into categories (cleaning supplies, garden tools/supplies, electronics, furniture, etc.) and I was given the chance to decide what I wanted to keep and what was to be sold at the yard sale the next day.

I had decided to have a yard sale in conjunction with the cleaning and organizing.  The next day, Jonathan and staff arrived early to set everything up.  I didn’t have to lift a finger, unless I wanted to. They helped me with prices and kept an eye on things when I was involved or needed a break.   He put together this wonderful Baker’s Rack to use for storage and even assembled a Gorilla workbench I had purchased and never gotten out of the box.

At the end of the day, items not sold were taken off to a charitable organization, vacuumed the garage again and organized that which I wanted to keep. Everything was put away, there wasn’t a scrap of paper, a nail or anything left in the yard or driveway.  I PARKED MY CAR with Jonathan guiding me in – I had never parked it there before so I no idea if it would fit. 

This has been the best experience I can remember having with someone I hired. The garage looks better than I ever imagined it would – it’s larger too. I had no idea it was so roomy.
